Zoo Day

I spent Labor Day at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo with my parents, Uncle Tom, and Miss Addie Grace. I hadn't been there in years, and was more than excited to go. My parents and I went for a couple hours before Tom and Addie met up with us, because we knew there were a few things we wanted to do that Addie wouldn't be able to. Mom and Dad and I rode the new cable cars over the African Safari and then went on the River Ride in the Australian Outback. We all had a blast! Once Tom and Addie got there, we tried to go on a pony ride (which was a complete bust!) and then rode the carousel (which she loved!)











We all had a great time! I'm hoping that Derek and I can make it back to the zoo one more time before it closes for the season... since he will be home one week from tomorrow!! :)
